The project is being funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia to run from 2012 to 2014 and will be carried out according to the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Research Involving Humans (2007) produced by the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia. Confidentiality is very important to us. Any information obtained in connection with this research project that can identify participants will remain confidential. Information can only be disclosed with the permission of the participants, except as required by law. Questionnaires will be de-identified by codes. Data will be stored indefinitely in accordance with The Alfred Hospital's policy on the management of research data and records. Your code only data will only be stored in password protected, restricted access databases. It is important to note that any information you enter on the online questionnaires is not stored on the website but is immediately removed for storage on the security protected database.
